I approach cooking with an emphasis on health and convenience to make the tastiest dishes! The kitchen has always been an accessory not a necessity to me, but I'm finding this changing as I increase my fitness and also my courage in the kitchen. My favorite food is anything shared with friends!
As an Advanced Recreational Running Coach with Athletics Australia, when I'm not in my kitchen I'm often running or coaching others to run. I've also trained as a Diet and Nutrition Advisor, but I prefer to just cook what I like, and share what I make, rather than provide advice! Let's get cooking together!
